Customers retain full resale rights to all curriculum they curate using Curriculum Publisher. Curriculum Publisher does not claim ownership of the curriculum created or curated by customers. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights to any third-party content they include in their curriculum.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because Curriculum Publisher is a software-based digital product, access to the platform is granted immediately upon purchase. Once access has been provided, no refunds or prorated refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
